This letter is being written on behalf of Tamara and Matt Tate in order to thank Mike Tucker, owner of DragonSlayer Kennels, for the professional manner in which he and his kennel operates. Approximately one year ago, we had inquired Mike about providing a stud service for our female bulldogge. Being new to the breeding world, we had many questions in which Mike answered courteously and with out hesitation. When the time came, a contract was presented so that each party knew exactly what was expected from them. In the contract, one of the guarantees upheld by Mike was that his stud, which I had the option of choosing from, would produce at least three pups. We chose to breed with Diezel and my female gave birth to TEN healthy pups on June 3, 2008. Mike not only has beautiful dogs and runs a professional operation; he is also a personable person. Through our experience with Mike, he was not worried primarily about the money and what was best and most convenient for him. He was willing to meet us at a neutral location, which significantly lowered our travel expense. Mike’s operation is run in a professional manner, but upon meeting Mike you do not get a businessman, but a friend. Mike’s overall goal is to produce the most amazing, healthy dogs around. A lot of people will say that they are “just dogs”, but in our eyes, and in Mike’s, they are much more than that. You will see in Mike’s disposition that the “dogs” are friends, lifelong companions, and the end product in which was produced and our experience with him was more than we could have ever hoped for. We look forward to doing business with Dragon Slayer Kennels again, and happily refer Mike to anyone interested in purchasing an Olde English Bulldogge or looking for services provided by one.

OUR POLICY
We generally only produce a couple of litters per year, so if you are interested in a puppy from DragonSlayer Kennels, please contact us to reserve your puppy. We only place our dogs in homes that meet our standards, and reserve the right not to sell to anyone that doesn't meet our approval. We do this for the safety and care of our dogs.

We will assign puppy picks in the order that deposits are received. A $300.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will hold your pup. All funds payable to Michael W. Tucker at DragonSlayer Kennels. All pups must be paid in full by 6 weeks of age. Puppies may be shipped at 8 weeks of age. All deposits are non-refundable, but are transferable if the Breeder cannot furnish a puppy from the litter that the deposit was left on.

It is your responsibility to take the puppy to a vet within 2 business days of arrival for the health guarantee to be valid. We have a one-year health guarantee on our pups from date of birth, we guarantee our pups against genetic defects that are found to be hereditary and are life threatening. All claims must be validated by a vet and supported by proper documentation.   We also guarantee against Parvo and Distemper and if it can be traced back as originating from us, we will replace the pup, once we receive all vet documentation and all pup’s paperwork. It is the Breeders option if we want the replaced pup to be returned or not. Replacement pup will come from the next available litter. The breeder is not responsible for ANY shipping costs, or ANY vet bills, for ANY reason.

All guarantees are void if the pup has been denied proper treatment or medical care, has been abused, or has been bred. Any other special conditions: breeding contract, puppy back will be in writing only, signed by both parties.

Our puppies are happy, outgoing, intelligent, and well known for their willingness to please their owner(s). They deserve a responsible owner. We highly recommend FORMAL OBEDIENCE TRAINING for any and all of our puppies. I often receive calls and emails from folks needing help in training their puppies - of all breeds.   I am always glad to help, however for this reason I highly encourage formal classes for you and your new puppy. It will head off so many potential problems for you and your new best friend.

Placing a deposit with DragonSlayer Kennels states that you agree with all the terms and conditions of this sales agreement and warranty.
